**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL.THE SCHOOL FUND AIMS TO DEAL WITH INCOME AND EXPENDITURE WHICH FALLS OUTSIDE THE FUNDING THAT THE SCHOOL RECEIVES FROM THE LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER GOVERNMENT BODIES SUCH AS EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS, STUDENT SUPPORT AND PROJECTS WHICH ENHANCE THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE OF THE WHOLE STUDENT BODY OF QUEEN ELIZABETH HIGH SCHOOL, GAINSBOROUGH.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH[SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]
