**Objects:** The objects of the CIO are: To work within the Combe Haven Valley and in particular within the boundaries of the Combe Valley Countryside Park - 1. To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, including biodiversity, in particular but not exclusively by, encouraging the public to use and enjoy the area and its fauna and flora. 2. To advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.

**Activities:** This charity has been converted to members only and it held its first AGM under the new constitution on December 13 2019. New trustees have been elected and are now registered. The charity is working within the Combe Valley helping the Combe Valley Countryside Park Community Interest Company.
