**Objects:** (A) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE AGED BETWEEN 11 AND 21 YEARS BY PROMOTING, SUSTAINING AND ENCOURAGING AN ACTIVE AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR THEIR BENEFIT AND BY DEVELOPING THEIR CONFIDENCE THROUGH RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME PURSUITS USING SKILLS ACQUIRED BY BUILDING AND USING CLIMBING WALLS WITHIN LOCAL ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES SUCH AS SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES WITH THE AIM OF DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.(B) TO PROVIDE, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, PUBLIC CLIMBING WALL AND TRAINING FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING GOOD HEALTH AND IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE USING THE FACILITIES IN SHEFFIELD CITY AND NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE.
