2015. Regi5tr*ion with the Charity Commlssion was on 14 septemb￿ 2015.
The Directors, as charity Trustees, h8vg control of Ihe Charity and are ¢glle¢tively known as the Board of Management. The Board

The Trustees shall, at every AGM, elect a Chair frLxn amonsst Iheir own number to hold offic8. The maximum temi of offic£ is five

Care & Repair Cymru s policy is to hold general unrestricted reserves to cover at lèast thr88 months ryoniraclual requirements n the

and other winding down costs. The current reserves tsrgel was set in February 2024 at £258.331. The surplus ol unrestricted free
