welcuming space to meet local nèeds. Together with the CIC and Café it has helped to develop è tommunlty centre that brings
people together from diverse back8Tound5 to work, learn, eit arid have fun together.
It is a re50urce to all and we aim to be a thrivin8 hub for all member5 of the community, Our central rni55ion is to unlock
potentlal withln the community te capacity bulld 8roups and indlviduals to improve the quality of Ilfe for the whole area.

The Hubbub Foundation hè$ helped us ro reduce food wèste through our weekly tommunlty fridge which provide5
surplus 8roceriÈs ènd meals to the community. It has also supported our family food 5e55ion5 after 5ch¢¢l to provide
opportunities for families to mlx and eat te8eiher. This tvo h45 reduced social isolation for some parents.

The flnanclal challenges post Covld remaln s18nlflcant. There is less money about and fewer fundSn8 OPPQrtunltles avallable to
support tommunlty projÈcts which means larger projects are more dlfficult to se¢ure. Thls imparts the CIC and C4fé too. Wt
work wlth partners ènd funders to fund us practlcally and financially, and our collaboratlon wlth 4CT helps us to navlgate thls
dlffl¢ult ¢llma¢e, We are also thankful for th¢ many volunteers who help us to keep our <ommunlty ¢entre thrlvln8.
We have taken the decislon to slmpllfy our 8overnance 8oln8 forward. From l Aprll 2024 we moved our cornrnuttlty ¢tntre
bu51ness to the Foundation, our charity, and our <afé a¢tlvltles Into the CIC. The 'calé' entlty. Le¥enshulme In5plre Café Ltd,
ceased te operate Sndependently from l Aprll 2024, We have done thls to create 8reater efflclencles and maSntaln a small
staff team to dellver our mlssSon. InspSre relles on a team of Incredlble volunteers frem Board to operatlonal levels and thanks
each one ol them for thelr contrlbutlon.
