{1)to advance the Christian religion in Wensleydale and elsewhere in the
UK for the benefrt of the public through the holding of prayer meetings,
lectures, publiG celebration of religious festivals, producing andlor
distributing literature on Christianity to enlighten others aboul the
Christian religion
12) for the benefrt of persons in Wensleydale and elsewhere in the UK
to relieve poverty, sickness and distress particularly by providing
information, advice and support to Fersons faced with rural isolation and
overt
(i) Continuing a distinctbve presence at public events within the
Wensleydale a￿a, where people will know that they can
a¢¢ess pastoral support
(li} Providing information relating to both secular and church
established support services;
{iii) Lending a lislening ear to those experiencing any of the
issues associated wrth social isolation or indeed any other life
difficulty,. and
(iv) Proclaiming the Christian faith in a contextually relevant
manner at a wide range of open-air public events.
The Trustees kept in mind the Charity Commission's guidan¢8 on public
benefit when planning our activities for the period under review. As a
matter of course, reference was made to our agreed objectives to aid
decision making.
The charity does not make grants.
All work on behalf of the charity has been undertaken exclusively to
unremunerated volunteers. who are reimbursed expenses if claimed.

Achievements and performance
The trailer is normally used to take the project around communities within
the Charrty's sphere of operation.
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
durlng the year
The start of this year saw ¢ontinued movement restn¢tions and many
shows either cancelled or reduced in scope. This continued to have an
impad on the deployment of the trailer. Thankfully as the year
progressed the Trailer started to be used again.
The trustees are looking forward to an improvement in future year8 when
a full range of a¢tivities and events resume.

We continue to build up a capital reserve (al equal to six months
operational expenditure, and Ibl to meet the anticipated cost of replacing
vehicles and other equipment at the end of their useful lif8.
