QADOSH KINGDOM MOVEMENT Report of the Trustees For the year ended 01 August 2021

## Aim and Purposes

## Our Vision

Our motto/mantra is “Making a Difference, by being the Difference!” We believe external change begins with internal transformation; we must therefore learn the art of personifying the environment we want to behold in our world. By being conformed to the image of the only begotten Son of Yahuwah, we are enabled to bring cultural transformation in the World around us as kingdom ambassadors. Qadosh Kingdom Movement (QKM) exists to call creation back to Heaven-likeness and mankind back to Christ-likeness.

## Our Mission

These are the 12 pillars (Pill-R's) of how we aim to activate our vision:

1. REPRESENTATION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to be a leading voice in representing and re-presenting the interests, values, principles, powers, policies, structures, systems and culture of the King and His Kingdom, on earth as it is in Heaven. In all we do, we are called to exemplify what the King and His Kingdom looks like, granting tangible access to His world in our world.

2. RESTORATION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to facilitate the restoration and restitution of all things; ancient principles, landmarks, practices and powers that the early church walked in, and even the glory that Adam and Eve walked in before the fall of man.

3. REVERENCE - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to restore reverential worship unto and the revelation of the Holy name of our Heavenly Father, Yahuwah, and His only begotten son, Yahuwshuwa Ha'Mashiach. We are called to undo the damage of syncretism that has perverted the true revelation of who the Most High is over the ages, that creation may know the Creator and serve Him as it was in the beginning

4. REPENTANCE - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to be a voice of revival and awakening, turning the hearts of mankind from the power of sin unto righteousness. We are called to proclaim Christ and Him crucified for the redemption of all who place their faith in Him. We are called to announce the inheritance allotted for the redeemed and the free gift of reconciliation to our Heavenly Father.

5. REFORMATION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to establish the Church as the pillar and highest authority over all spheres of society and culture. We are called to promote the Church as the crown of creation and the firstborn of the social order, therein creating a voice of kingdom representation for kingdom order within all seven spheres of society and culture, being:

- (1) Religion & Spirituality

- (2) Family & Community

- (3) Business & Economics

- (4) Science & Technology

- (5) Media, Arts & Entertainment

- (6) Government & Politics

- (7) Education

6. REPRODUCTION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to reproduce reproducers and multiply multipliers. We are called to raise many sons through a culture of discipleship. We believe Christ is the firstborn of many brethren, and we seek to increase the size of the family of our Heavenly Father quantitatively and qualitatively. We are called to raise an army of the Christ-like; a holy breed born of His Spirit who are making the same impact Christ made in His days on earth

7. RESOURCE - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to be a vehicle of diverse resources that enculture our world with the culture of the Kingdom. From books and manuals, to merchandise, media products and more, we seek to continually produce resources that engage the society and culture of this world with the world of our Heavenly Father

8. REVOLUTION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to radically change the social and cultural order and climate of cities and nations. We are called to make holiness (Christ-likeness) trend and become the norm of all societies and cultures we engage in. We are called to not only disciple people but also disciple culture in the order of the Kingdom we are sent from.

9. REDEMPTION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to be a voice of liberation and emancipation from the Kingdom of Darkness. We are called to dismantle and tear down the works of the Satan in our world and in the lives of all those we are sent to. In order to accomplish this, we are graced with a strong mantle for deliverance, spiritual warfare and intercession.

10. RECONSTRUCTION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to be a voice of healing and wholeness by repairing broken lives, broken cities and broken nations. We are called to restore hope to environments and people that have been

## desecrated by sin, iniquity and the powers of Satan.

11. REEDUCATION - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to establish the mind of Christ in the midst of a deprived culture. We are called to restore the principles, doctrines and core values of our Creator in society through kingdom education. We are called to teach the ways of the Kingdom, therein converting minds over to the mind of the Messiah.

12. RELEASE - Qadosh Kingdom Movement is called to unlock destinies by giving language and context to people's purposes. We are called to be a commissioning vehicle where people are given the right to function in their peculiar and unique assignment in the Kingdom. Whether in the Church or in the seven spheres of society and culture, we empower and deploy people to function in their unique portion of the Kingdom.

Objectives and Activities for the public benefit

Objectives:

Provide a platform for members of the general public to express their belief in the Christian God, through worship and creative arts.

This is done via regular conferences and events that include various art forms including singing, liturgical dance and theatre. This organisation teaches members of the general public about the Christian faith through weekly prayer and fellowship gatherings and mid-week study meetings.

## The benefits to the public are:

Education - We provide practical teaching to all members of the public on the Christian Faith i.e. its history, its foundation and its principles.

Community Support - We provide pastoral counselling in all areas including Marriage, Family, Finance and Employment.

Shelter - We provide shelter for members of the public who have been in abusive or dangerous situations in various areas across the UK.

## Achievements, Voluntary and Community Work

As the pandemic and lockdowns continued, majority of our activities remained streamlined. Meetings were limited, virtual and had significantly lower attendance and engagement. The leadership team continued to organise initiatives to embrace community needs.

## Pastoral

The Pastoral team continued the 'Share & Care' and 'Emergency Fund' initiatives. These initiatives provided essentials and monetary contributions for those financially impacted by the pandemic. The Pastoral team also welcomed new members after a series of training sessions in November and December 2020.

## Transform Gatherings

Transformed Life Groups is the arm of the charity that focuses on increasing community cohesiveness for members within the charity. Transform Gatherings were placed on hold due to the pandemic and lockdowns with the last meeting taking place on Zoom in December 2020.

## QKM Gatherings

Qadosh Kingdom Gatherings facilitate community-centered conferences and events for the charity throughout the year. We aim to provide a meeting space for religious activities on a recurrent basis. Our focus has been on the facilitation of weekly gatherings targeting families within the community to provide a safe and conducive space of worship. Though we had a period where we could not gather physically in line with government guidelines in March 2020, we were privileged to return to safe in-person gatherings from October 2020. We continued to provide the opportunity to worship online. There was another lockdown in November 2020 which moved our services back online. We returned in December 2020, ending the year with the BOW worship experience.

## Men of Distinction

Men of Distinction is the arm of the charity that is targeted towards Men aged between 19 and 50 years of age. Our local initiatives are carried out throughout the year to support male individuals through providing education, training, welfare and

other charitable activities. Our flagship initiative has been a bi-weekly gathering facilitated to generate discussions on Christian living for Christian men in line with the core values of the fellowship. Although, these bi-weekly meetings were unable to take place due to the pandemic, the Men of Distinctions had a variety of webinars such as 'Cash in Crisis' and a weekly YouTube series - 'A Father's Heart'. MOD also hosted quiz nights via Zoom.

## Women of Distinction

Building upon the success of last year the following areas have continued:

Bi-monthly social gatherings continue to be held which support the community and enable both Christians and Non-Christians to connect and share experiences to support social interaction and development.

We continue to promote relationship building in local areas and to facilitate discussions on the Christian Faith i.e. its history, its foundation and its principles. These groups also act as points of pastoral care and oversight for female church members and those associated with them. We also hold weekly prayer calls where women can submit their prayer requests.

One on one mentoring and counselling sessions for females has continued to take place supporting female members in all areas including Marriage, Family, Finance and Employment.

## GOD Movement

Generation of Disciples is the young adults branch of QKE, catering to the needs of those between the ages of 18 and 25. During this period we hosted gatherings for young adults to meet up and fellowship together online and in-person (before the pandemic), thereby improving their mental, emotional and social health. GOD Movement hosted various games nights to facilitate fellowship. The group also launched its podcast to great success.

## Evangelism Department

The Evangelism Department of Qadosh Kingdom Movement has developed different initiatives with the aim of training and equipping its team members to serve the community. The outreach for the period was emphasised online with the launch of a midweek show called 'The Church & Culture Show' where we discussed and offered some insight into many poignant cultural issues and current affairs.

## Multimedia

The Multimedia Department of Qadosh Kingdom Movement is responsible for the publishing of content through visual and audio means. During the pandemic the Media team was an even greater asset to QKM. The expertise of the team meant that we could still provide a seamless worship experience online. The team went through a massive overhaul - from systems to people.

## Department of Administration

As well as ensuring the effective stewardship of the administrative affairs of Qadosh Kingdom Movement, we are keen on ensuring our members are organisationally fit for success in their spheres of influence. We continue to achieve this through one to one and group sessions on Financial and Time management, effective stewardship and team building.

## Organizational Restructuring

The year culminated with many significant leadership changes in our organisation as we approached the Summer months. We as Trustees collectively decided to suspend all operations of our organisation from July 31st 2021 to enable a period of organisational restructuring, and the betterment of what we provide for the public. This period would be for an undetermined amount of time, til all changes are effectively implemented.

## QADOSH KINGDOM MOVEMENT Independent Examiners Report to the Trustees

For the year ended 01 August 2021

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the charity for the year ended 01 August 2021.

## **Responsibilities and basis of report**

As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act').

I report in respect of my examination of the charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

## **Independent examiners statement**

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Charity as required by section 130 of the 2011 Act; or

2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or

3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view' which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
