In partnership with Bolton CVS and supported through funding from Bolton Council Start Well Se￿iCe, Bolton's
VCSE Early Years Strategy and action plan has been produced, co-destgned with bcal early yeèr5 providers. This
document Is an Snnovative approach to support e3￿Y yèars provision and includes investment in an Early Years
Leadershlp Course, Earfy Years Mapping and a bespoke Earty Years cross sector trainin8 pro8ramme.
The consortium secured funding from The Department ol Education via Bolton Council lor members to dellver
the Hollday and Activity Fund durin8 ihe Easter holiths. 5 prO¥￿erS applied, all of whom were successful. This
demonstrated the Ilexibility of the con50rt1vm and the ability to respond quicky throu8h joint workiTh8 to meet
an Sdentifled need. Delivery of the pro8ramme took plate in April 2021.

The Statement of Financial Activities includes income and expenditure since the formation of Bolton Together (formerly known as the Bolton Children's and Young People Forum). The income is largely represented by grant income from Bolton Council which has been used to cover the costs of running the charity.
