## **KING EDWARD VII SCHOOL FUND**
## **ANNUAL REPORT TO 31[st] DECEMBER 2021**
Fundraising activities have been severely impacted due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic during the financial year to 31[st] December 2021. The School charity has maintained our recently established links with our fundraising and charity partners however the opportunity to work together has been limited.
The main income in the period related to a donation “to assist students at the School to achieve excellence in aquatic sport”. Income totalled £2,094 during the period.
As the number of School activities and events has been curtailed then associated support from the Charity has not been required and the expenditure in the period of £567 related to student support for overseas visits and travel expenses.
At the end of December 2021 the School Fund balance was increased by £1,527 to £14,743.
We expect that as daily routines and School life return to normal in 2022 then the demand for support for students will increase.
