**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

In this period we have worked a lot on community engagement and had few additional groups of 16-17 year olds put together participating in football sessions and matches. Session quality and facility hire also have improved.

The number of participants increased overall, including engagements in London’s deprived areas, helping families with financial difficulties to participate in sport, as well as providing opportunities to progress into professional football to some of the most talented individuals.

We have sent several volunteer coaches to courses in this period, including their FA Level One Coaching Courses, and online courses The FA Introduction to Coaching Football. We also have provided opportunities to coaches studying for their UEFA C and B License with experience and shadowing more experienced members of staff to get more confidence and practice coaching groups and managing teams at the weekend.

We have organized few events and tournaments and will try to do more and more in the future.
