**Objects:** TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE FORM OF A PLAYING FIELD AND PAVILION FOR RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHINNOR IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORDSHIRE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We provide facilities in the form of a playing field and pavilion for recreational and leisure activities for the benefit of inhabitants of the Parish of Chinnor in South Oxfordshire.  We aim to improve the health and social welfare of residents by supporting and developing a wide range of sporting and creative activities for all age groups and abilities.
