That the beneficiaries are appropriate to the aims and, if to a section of the public, are not unreasonably restricted and that those in poverty are the beneficiaries and are specifically included in the opportunity to benefit. The potential beneficiary group of the JPP Foundation is those disadvantaged children in Pushkar in Rajasthan, India who are in need of educational and welfare support to facilitate, encourage and enable them to regularly attend and benefit from schooling and make progress in their studies and lives.**

The<br>foundation's dedication has yielded<br>impressive results, demonstrably<br>improving the academic standing<br>and overall well-being of the<br>children.<br>The JPP children consistently<br>demonstrate academic excellence,<br>holding leadership positions as<br>prefects and class leaders. Notably,<br>a student recently became head boy<br>of the local private school, marking<br>a remarkable accomplishment!<br>JPP fosters aspirations beyond<br>academics. A former student,<br>empowered by the program, is now<br>entering college to pursue a medical<br>career, setting a shining example for<br>others. Numerous students harbour<br>dreams of diverse professions,<br>including fashion design,<br>architecture, and science, fuelled by<br>the unwavering support of the<br>program.<br>The local project leader expresses<br>immense satisfaction with the<br>children's progress and the<br>nurturing environment created.<br>Moving forward, ambitious plans are<br>underway to propel the project to<br>even greater heights. With the<br>challenges of the pandemic<br>hopefully behind them, the future<br>holds exciting possibilities for<br>continued improvements and lasting<br>impact.<br>Despite the disruptions and<br>uncertainties caused by COVID-19,<br>the project's success shines<br>through. Children continued their<br>education and thrived in the learning<br>environment, consistently achieving<br>impressive results. They|
