TRUSTEES'ANNUAL REPORT
The trustees pres¢nt their annual r¢port together with the flnancial statem¢nts of the charity
for th¢ year ended 31 March 2024.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The charity was fomied on the l July 2015.
Th¢ principal activity of the charity in the year under revi¢w was the charitable application of
funds to individuals and charitable organisations.
REVIEW OF BUSINESS
A total of £56,500 was distributed to various charities mainly located in th¢ Yorkshire,
Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area8, during the year,

I report to the charity trustee8 on my examination of the accounts of the charlty for the year
end¢d 31 March 2024 which arc sel out on pages 3 to 5.

As the Charity's trustee5 you are responsibl¢ for the preparation of the accounts in ac¢ordance
with the r¢quirements of the Chariti¢s Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of
the Act and in carrying oul my examination I have followed 411 the applicable Directions given
by the Charity Commission under scction 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examlner's Statement
I have completed my exarnination. I confirni that no material matters have come to my
attention in connection with the ¢xamination giving me cause to b¢lieve ihat in any matthiaI
respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of tlje charity as required by section 130 of the
