The promotion and provision for public benefit of Social housing, training , employment and welfare services for the serving military, service leavers, veterans, their families and communities covering the United Kingdom. The provision of community housing, assets, services and facilities run by service leavers and veterans for wider social and community regeneration and social good.

Objects: 1. The Promotion For The Public Benefit Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation (And In Particular The Parishes Of Wilton, Quidhampton And Burcombe) By All Or Any Of The Following Means:the Relief Of Poverty In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit;the Relief Of Unemployment In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment;the Advancement Of Education, Training Or Retraining, Particularly Among Unemployed People, And Providing Unemployed People With Work Experience;the Provision Of Financial Assistance, Technical Assistance, Or Business Advice Or Consultancy In Order To Provide Training And Employment Opportunities For Unemployed People In Cases Of Financial Or Other Charitable Need Through Help In Setting Up Their Own Business, Or To Existing Businesses;the Creation Of Training And Employment Opportunities By The Provision Of Workspace, Buildings And/or Land For Use On Favourable Terms;the Provision Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need And The Improvement Of Housing In The Public Sector Or In Charitable Ownership Provided That Such Power Shall Not Extend To Relieving Any Local Authorities Or Other Bodies Of A Statutory Duty To Provide Or Improve Housing;the Maintenance, Improvement Or Provision Of Public Amenities;the Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For The Public At Large And/or Those Who, By Reasons Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances, Have Need Of Such Facilities;the Protection Or Conservation Of The Environment;the Provision Of Public Health Facilities And Childcare; Andsuch Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined Subject To The Prior Consent Of The Charity Commissioners For England And Wales; And/or2. To Promote The Health, Wellbeing And Resettlement Into The Community Of Any And All Ex Armed Forces Personnel, Along With Their Families And Dependents Who Reside In The Parishes Of Wilton, Quidhampton And Burcombe Or The Surrounding Area And Who Are In Charitable Need Including Those Who Are Suffering From Mental Or Physical Illness Of Any Description Or Are In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness, Who Are Experiencing Difficulties Adjusting To Post Service Civilian Life, Are Experiencing Hardship, Unemployment Or Homelessness In Such Ways As The Trustees Of The Charity Think Fit; And/or3. Such Other Charitable Purposes As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion May Determine.
