|In Oct|ber we celebrated the 140years anniversary|||
|ofthis|building<br>with an exhibition<br>featuring<br>its|||
|sefvlc|tothe community.<br>Visitors reminisced<br>about|||
|the ti|esthey spent here as pupils, members of|||
|youth|lubs etc over coffee and cakes provided<br>by|||
|our ca|evolunteers.|||

|Health|S.Hygierie rating for the coffee shop kitchen.|||
|There|as an enjoyable afternoon<br>on Coronation|||
|Saturd|ay where 100free cream teas were served|||

|We ha|held our prices from pre pandemic<br>but with|||
|sharp|ncrease in costs had to increase them<br>in June|||
|but w|are still very good value.|||

|meeti|gs, makers markets, valuations<br>days, a|||
|wildlif|project and a history group walk|||

|involv|d with various aspects connected<br>with the|||

|compl|tely cleared last winter apart from the outer|||
|perim|ter box hedge. Alt the inner box hedging was|||
|sold t|fund more garden<br>planting.<br>Manure was|dug||
|in all|ver and then it was planted<br>up with over 60|||
|droug|ttolerant<br>plants and covered with gravel|in||
|betwe|n to retain moisture. After planting there|||
|was n|rain for a month but no plants were lost so|||
|this is|good sign. There have been many self|||
|seede|flowers as well as seeds that have been|||
|scatte|ed and there have been many bees on it.|||
|This s|ace will be evolving<br>and self-sustaining.|||
|There|have been many positive comments.|||
|- Last|utumn,<br>over 100daffodil bulbs that were|||
|dug<br>U|from the island were planted<br>in the grass|||
|oppos|te the shop, these came up in spring.|||

|donat|ons in its first year ofuse and plenty of|||
|peopl|have made use ofthe seeds.|||
