The charity has one bvholty owned trading subsidiary. Fly Harrier Llmlléd. Ils principal aclwity is the prornotion of
Harrier aircraft. Financial￿. the company madè a profil after lax of £229.61412024= £556,971) for the year. The
company receives the Majority of its fLtndlng from the charity and uses this to build and maintain the historiG
aircraft, for futu￿ public display. 100% of the company's expendrture is for charitablo purposes. The cornpany
has iwo directors, both of whom are Trustees of the Trust. The Trusteesldireetors are not salaried in the Ch￿ty or
the c￿npany. Thg Trustees provide theirtime voluntarily.
