AGM Notes 2021/22 

Chairmans Report. 

As a group Beverley RDA could not operate from March 2020 until September 2021 due to Covid restrictions. 

The patience and loyalty of our students, volunteers and committee is much appreciated as is the commitment of those new volunteers who have joined our group since we restarted. 

We Managed to fulfil all the requirements for restarting by September 2021 we held a volunteers training session on the 6[th] September and commenced sessions with our students on 13[th] September 2021. The smiles, obvious joy and excitement shown by our riders made the effort to get going again really worthwhile. 

Since the start in September we had 10 weeks when we were able to hold teaching sessions before the weather forced us to suspend our group until the spring. During those 10 weeks we amassed over 300 volunteer hours. 

Thanks to our coaches who have all completed their training and assessments. 

Lastly thanks again to every one for turning up every week, for all the work at our sessions, planning and behind the scenes work.
