During the reporting period 2020-21 Beverley RDA did not operate.
The majority of our students come to us from an organisation called FIND a charity which provides day care and activity for young people with Severe Learning Disability and or Autism.
Due to Covid East Riding of Yorkshire Council stopped all organised activities for young people such as those catered for at FIND. RDA restrictions also meant that we were unable to operate.
Even when Covid measures were relaxed we could not offer sessions to our students as we could not comply with distancing regulations. Our students have disabilities such that close contact is required getting them mounted and dismounted and also 1 leader for each pony and 2 side walkers are required to be within 1 metre to render assistance if required.
