## **Viktor Children’s Trust (VCT)** 

## **Introduction** 

Due to Covid 19, this year has not enable us to continue to our regular activities. We could not travel to Serbia, not could we raise funds as most grant making trusts in the UK concentrated on work within the UK. 

## **Child Development Centre project** 

This project is planned to enable a pathway of assessment and therapy in a social institution in Belgrade. Last year we signed a memorandum of understanding with Zvecanska, the institution where the project is to take place. 

This year we could only keep in touch by email. At the same time we contacted UNICEF in Belgrade, hoping to get their support in terms of consultancy. So far we have not yet received a final answer as to their potential involvement with us. 

## **Review of policies** 

We continued reviewing some of the policies and also made contact with a professional fundraiser as we hope that this year will enable us to start our usual activities. 

## **The next step** 

As mentioned, we hope to start our usual activities post Covid 19. We will make contact with local organisations in Serbia that could support our work and also weigh up the possibility to work together with NGOs in England with aims similar to ours.
