Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit	Para 1.18	In 2024-25, the Charity has provided more than 350 pupils the possibility of practise French during 3 hours for 30 Saturdays. Children from 3 to 18 years old were able to learn French and the French culture. The Charity has also provided French Class for English speaking parents. A library is organised at every session to give access to the pupils to French Books depending of their age. We confirm the trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission’s Guidance on public benefit.

Achievements and Performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	Our charity remained popular with parents, and continued to function at capacity, providing lessons for 350 children. 12 children obtained the DELF B1, and 7 the DELF B2, in oddition to great success at GCSE and A-Levels. On top of our French classes, other cultural activities such as musical, artistic, theatre workshops have been organised for our pupils: - Theatre representations or activities (21 classes) - Biodiversity activity (GCSE preparation – 3 classes) - Workshops on the values of Sport (4 classes) - Art workshops around the book “le petit prince” (7 classes) - Sport day for the entire school We have also organised French classes for the parents who don’t speak French

as a mother tongue. The charity also helped the French speaking families living in London to develop a network by organising cultural events and networking activities. We have also put in place more support for SEND children such as one to one support. We have also provided SEND training for teachers, assistants and volunteers. This year we introduced a new initiative offering work experience to our former pupils—those who have completed their studies at our school but have not yet left the area for university. Building on last year's successful pilot with a single student, we welcomed eight former pupils, who were taken on to assist across the school wherever support was needed, particularly with reading in the CP, CE1 and CE2 classes. It's a genuine win-win, giving them valuable experience while offering real support to the Charity.

Financial Review

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	Despite the high increase in rent and payments made to our teachers we managed to have a positive financial position. This was achieved by increasing the subscription fee, which we have kept to the minimum required.
Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held	Para 1.22	We intend to maintain our reserves at a level which is at least equivalent to a rental deposit of six month’s rent plus one term’s operational expenditure. This is to mitigate against our principal risks of fluctuating pupil numbers and in the eventuality of having to find new rental premises. The Charity maintains a rigorous budgeting procedure every year and forecasts are reviewed termly to ensure our expenditure remains in line with budget and that reserves are adequate to fulfil our continuing obligations.
