“Beckett Accountants” CEO Nuha Ceesay.

BASUK has paid a total amount of £2300.00 to cover a 5 years contract 2025-2030.

Final Accounts preparation, and submission to Companies House with Confirmation Statement Filing to Charities Commission and claiming Gift Aid from 2025 to 2030. Provide signatories training on Xero accounts.

19[th] September 2025 ; BASUK signatories received a Xero account training from Nuha Ceesay - Beckett Accountants.

Cultural Event

26[th] July 2025; Baddibou Society UK and United Kiang Association have organised a successful Baddibou Kiang Collaboration joint event in a hall in Birmingham.

The objective of uniting the people from Baddibou and Kiang regions was achieved.

The event was well attended by hundreds of people from within the UK; The United Kiang Association the host, and the BASUK members and many other guests have attended.

High-quality performances and entertainments were used to show various Gambian traditional cultures. People dressed in traditional Gambian cultural clothes, traditional music played and vibrant dancing took place.

A total profit of £ 7215.96 was made from the event. Part of which money will be reinvested on the next collaboration fundraising event. The other part of the money will be used to sponsor a meaningful charity project in the Gambia.

BASUK Seaside trip 2025

30[th] August 2025; BSUK members including adults and kids made a trip to a UK seaside. Members travelled on 2 hired coaches and many other people drove to the seaside on their own vehicles.

Varieties of delicious food served. Music entertainment provided, and kids played together.
