## **Baddibu Society UK (BASUK) 2022 Activities; Yearly Account for Charity Commission.**
BASUK members attended regular online or face to face meetings when appropriate.
The charity supports its members in crisis to overcome any difficulty they encounter; Covid 19 victims, funeral arrangement or bereavement counselling, or disaster relief fund.
BASUK members join in celebrating each other’s' achievements such as wedding or naming ceremony.
Members of BASUK regularly share news or ideas or discuss its activity on its online WhatsApp group.
BASUK Women's Wing organised ladies’ night out for 06/08/22 attended by more than 20 people. Members involved in this paid their individual contributions towards funding the occasion.
BASUK’s approaches towards promoting equality and diversity many non-members participate in its activities.
## **Cultural Event: Saturday 30th July 2022.**
Hall or Venue: Old Town Hall, Stratford, 29 The Broadway, London E15 4BQ.
The event was organised by members volunteering.
The Goals of organising the event was to raise funds to sponsor the charity’s future activities, poverty alleviation, women & child empowerment, education & improving health care.
More than 250 people have attended the event.
Different types of food and drinks were served.
Music entertainment by DJ.
Members gave speeches about the charity’s achievements, objectives, or plans.
## **BASUK 2022 UK Seaside Trip:**
Location: East Beach Seafront Park, Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea, SS3 9SG.
3 Coaches hired.
Coach No.1 (53-Seater) – Gold-line Coach:
Coach No.2 (49-Seater) - Goldline Coach:
Coach No.3 (55-seater) - Mark One Coach:
Some members attended with their own cars.
About 200 people including children and adults attended.
The Seaside event included.
Music entertainment, food and drinks served.
Sporting activities involving football.
Awards presentation to both adults and children.
Children awarded for their outstanding work in education and school.
Children who made progress from one level of education to another in the following categories; Academic years of 2020 - 2021 and 2021 – 2022 and 2022 - 2023 were nominated for the awards.
1. Reception to Year 1 Primary School;
2. Year 6 to Secondary Year 7;
3. Year 11 Secondary to Year 12 Sixth Form;
4. Sixth Form Year 13 to College Education
5. Sixth Form year 13 to university
6. Complete University to Graduate.
School Children received awards “certificate" for successfully completing 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic years.
