## **TRUSTEES:** 

The charity consists of five unpaid trustees: 

Mr. J.P. Gower (Treasurer), Ms. Karen Gower (Secretary), Ms. Nicola Gower (Trustee), 

Mr. Ben Hall (Trustee) and Mr. N. Webber (Chairman), 

The declared aim of the charity is, “The relief of financial hardship, particularly fuel poverty, of people living in and around Hadleigh, Suffolk” by providing funds to enable people to keep warm and otherwise survive winter in Hadleigh. 

The “fuel crisis” occasioned greater demand on the charity which responded to 27 appeals for help and paid out a total of £3,050 mainly to people who could not afford to top-up prepayment meter cards for electricity and gas. The charity received a total of £854.61 including grants from other local charities, private donations and bank interest of £20.61. 

The charity will continue to solicit funds from other local charities, local grants and the people of Hadleigh to restore the financial position of the charity to that prior to the “fuel crisis”.
