Juliana Asthma Cause is governed by its constitution and managed by a board of trustees. No changes were made to the governance structure during the financial year. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

Juliana Asthma Cause is committed to raising awareness and improving community support for individuals and families affected by asthma, particularly within underrepresented communities. 

However, **no charitable activities were undertaken** during the financial year 28 July 2024 to 27 July 2025. The trustees used this period for reflection and planning toward relaunching community-led initiatives.

There was **no income or expenditure** during the financial year.

The trustees intend to: 

- Reactivate Juliana Asthma Cause’s educational and support activities 

- Pursue relevant grant funding opportunities 

- Launch community asthma awareness events and support groups 

- Collaborate with health professionals and local organisations
