## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

Juliana asthma cause has been able to build volunteer base in the past within the community of Hammersmith and Fulham through participation of our coffee morning project and training session that make impact to the beneficiaries and the whole community within the borough. Based on our initiatives  we have been able to give out nebulisers to local resident of Hammersmith and Fulham who are affected by asthma condition. This was attained through the help and support of our able volunteers and partners.
