1.19|Three successful fundraising events have
been organized this year. The first was a
concert by Derventio Brass supported by
Voices and Derby City Singers which was
enjoyed by over 100 people and raised £807
after costs.
The second was a barbecue hosted at
Cokhay Farm where delicious food was
enjoyed by a mixture of friends, church
members and the local community in a
lovely rural setting. £1,985 was raised.
The third was the annual lecture given by
Professor Mark Horton to a packed church
on his involvement in 50 years of early
medieval archaeology in Repton 1974-2023.
This was followed by tours of the Priory at
Repton School and refreshments. Ticket
Tailor was used for selling tickets for the first
time and proved successful helping to raise
£2,290.
Work has progressed on the production of a
new guide book and a reprint of Dr Harold
Taylor’s Repton Studies. Introducing people
to the significance of the church and
churchyard, and promoting understanding of
its history will raise its profile and further the
objects of the charity through additional
financial support.|

which included single as well as regular
donations, gift aid and receipts from events.
Total payments amounted to £8,146.90
which included expenses linked with events,
charges by Charities Aid Foundation for
handling donations and donations to Repton
PCC for new mower and repairs to
stonework. This resulted in a surplus for the
year of £471.15 and a final balance of
£12,619.88|
