Grants totslling £63,000 have been made during this year
to organisations, which relieve financial hardship,
advan￿ animal welfare and environmental protection and
improvement. The shop Spa￿ has also been used as a
food bank and as a place for communty activities. The
shop has given opportunities to those looking to get back
into work. The Trustees in making these decisions, have
given due regard to the Charity Commission's Public
Benefit GuKlance.

The Charity made a profit of £29,815 in the year. It
donated £63,000 to relieve financial hardship, advance
animal welfare, and advance environmentsl protection
and improvement. The shop has continued to provide a
Spa￿ for communty activ￿"es, including use as a
Foodbank, and to offer opportunities to those looking to
get back into work.

The Charity has about £34,000 in cash reserves. The
Policy is pruden￿, maintaining a de￿nt reserve and
not overstretching resources. Wth the difficult economic
climate. the Charity will CA)ntinue to be prudent with its
