Grants totalling £30,240 have been made during this year to organisations, which relieve financial hardship, advance animal welfare and environmental protectton and improvement. The shop space has also b￿n used as a food bank and as a place for community activities. The shop has given opportunities to those looking to get back into work. The Trustees in making these decisions, have given due regard to the Charity Commission's Public Benefit Guidance. Activities were partially restricted by the Covid lockdown measures. Of this it donated £30,240 to relieve financial hardship. and increased its cash reserves by around £34.000 to over £67,000. It paid off a small loan given to create a recording studio. The increase in sales has been achieved through expanding online sales. The shop has continued to provide a space for community activities, including use as a Foodbank. and to offer opportunities to those looking to get back into work. As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
