Staff - In April 2024, Frith Youth Centre hired a r*wYouth WorkTeam Leader who is highty
experienced in workin8 with youn8 peoplefrorn an educational setbng and resldential care. She
ha5 a weakh of knowledge relatingto mental health, safeguaTdin8 and child development. W￿h1n
the first month. the Team Leader recruttÈd 2 part-tirne youth support WOfker5 to delNer youth
sessions on a Totaoorsal basi5. ft)Il¢Med by ao experienced deputy in July. With a lead, plus 4
members of part-time staff, we ma*ntained 3 professional. paid mernber5 of staff per 5ession5, as
in line wrth previous years. In additron. we aquired 3 eXCep￿onal session volunteers. further
supporting the youth 5essh)ns and the YJPFQrt of the youn8 people. All staff and volunteer5 are
enahTr£e DBS checked and must complete a package of essential trainin& includln8 safeguarding

Se5sions- Youth session5 continue to be packed wfth creative activities. The yO￿h Work Tearn
Leader has an art degree and made the youn8 People's hlea5 come to IFfe using paper mache,
cement modellin& paintinE projects, to name just a few. One of our volunteer5, wfth herown
bakery. brought the krtchen to life wrth fun and educational ba￿ng experientt5, enjtwd by the
youn8 people and reqLFested overand again.Sp￿ting activitses ramO up with the employment of
the Deputy, engag4n8 manyyoung people to be actrve and parfjcpate In team sports. Youn8 people
continued to have chances to leam and educate themselves in a non-forrnal environment. with
acttviries based around world and cultufal calendarevents and current affalr5. Lattly. and most
importantlyi yOUn8 people continued to social¢se, havetsn and'hang in a Spa￿ whKh Is
intrinstcally theirs three times a week IVS a place that they feel 15 thelrs. in contrast to other areas
in the villages. They ¢oTrtinue to have quality. in depth convetsations. supported by youth worker5
around sexual health, famity dynamics. friend5hlps. racism. and homophbia, to name a few.
Saleguarding issues were picked up In se55ions and links made with the fjloucestershire Multi
A8en(y Safeguardlng Hub IMASHI. In additson io youth sesslons. the younB people enloyed
another successful appearaftce at local festival, Chalfest. offerin8 our own tent as a safe space for
YOUll8 people to Use and enjoy. The youth centre offered a vital seryice in supportlng young
ople with ure, advice and first ald.

**Report to the trustees** Charity Name Frithwood Youth Club **On accounts for the year** 31/3/25 **Charity no** 1162806 **ended (if any) Set out on pages** 1-2 (remember  to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31/03/2025** . **Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
