**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING THOSE WITH A PHYSICAL, SENSORY, COGNITIVE OR HIDDEN IMPAIRMENTS, IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMDEN AND ENVIRONS WITH A VIEW TO HELPING THEM IDENTIFY AND MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS AND MAINTAIN CHOICE, CONTROL AND INDEPENDENCE IN THEIR LIVES BY:A) PROVIDING ADVICE, ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION TO DISABLED PEOPLE TO HELP THEM ACCESS SERVICES, ENTITLEMENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING INFORMATION AND ADVICE; B) PROVIDING TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE;C) EFFECTIVELY REPRESENTING THE VIEWS, NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF DISABLED PEOPLE.

**Activities:** facilitating involvement of deaf and disabled people, identifying needs and developing projects to meet these and raising awareness of disabled people's needs within statutory agencies and delivering training and building individual capacity of disabled people so that they are enabled to have choice and control over their lives and able to participate in their local communities.
