Trustees Annual Report 2023 - 2024
The Trustees are pleased to report that their work is continuing on several fronts. These include the regular opening of our walk-in aid facility and other activities involving meeting members of the public.
The main concern of the trustees has been our headquarters and main asset of the CIO, our building at 14, Arwenack Street, Falmouth. The lease with our tenants, The Arwenack Club has ended and there is much discussion and negotiation between the legal representatives of both sides over a new lease.
Our legal team have yet to resolve the ongoing dispute with our immediate neighbour over the ownership of the small piece of land.
The trustees anticipate a continuing of their work in the community.
