**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO RELIEVE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS, ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PRESERVE AND PROTECTHEALTH IN AFRICA, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN ZIMBABWE, BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT TO CHARITABLE PROJECTS IN AFRICA AND BY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We are a group of people passionate about the growth and development of Africa. We work with and support organisations in Africa, helping them to do their job more effectively by providing them with the  resources, finance and expertise to help achieve their goals. We seek to invest in the continent one person at a time, so that African lives are enriched and empowered to build the continent.
