**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY THE RECYCLING AND REUSE OF DONATED FLOWERS AND ASSOCIATED FLOWER ARRANGING MATERIAL, PLANTS AND HERBS FROM WITHIN THE FLORAL INDUSTRY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE IN NEED IN THE COMMUNITY (IN LONDON AND IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA) AND BY WORKING WITH AND SUPPLYING OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS WITH FLOWERS, PLANTS AND HERBS IN FURTHERANCE OF THEIR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE BENEFITS OF RECYCLING AND REUSE OF DONATED FLOWERS AND ASSOCIATED FLOWER ARRANGING MATERIAL, PLANTS AND HERBS; AND BY HOLDING FLORAL WORKSHOPS AND DEMONSTRATIONS IN THE ART AND SKILL OF FLOWER ARRANGING AND RESTYLING.

**Activities:** Floral Angels recycles donated flowers from florists, event managers, hotels and retailers and give to those in need in the form of bouquets of kindness, in the community.  We educate the public in the benefits of recycling and reuse of donated flowers by holding floral workshops and demonstrations in the art and skill of flower arranging and restyling.  We are a floral charity.
