**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF INVALUABLE ASSET DOGS ARE FOR OUR FORCES ON ACTIVE DUTY AND THE CONTRIBUTION WHICH DOGS HAVE MADE ASSISTING OUR TROOPS IN WAR TIME, INCLUDING THE WORLD WARS AND VARIOUS LIFE-SAVING ROLES THEY CONTINUE TO PLAY IN CURRENT CONFLICTS THROUGH THE MEDIA, RELEVANT EVENTS, ACTIVITIES, SCHOOL VISITS AND THROUGH SPECIFICALLY BUILT ACTIVITY TRAILS IN PROMINENT LOCATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, DOG OWNERS AND THEIR PETS TO USE AND ENJOY.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
