fund, has been set up to build up savin8S towards a capital project to build a new church building or
carry out significant Impfovements to the existiiig Gospel Hall.
OCF'S main source of income is through donation5 Irom members of the congregation.

In lii)e with the charity COnStitutiofi. a number of trustees retired from the charity after serving three
COn5ecutive term5. Some of these will be reappointed during 2024 folbwing an interval of one yea
and the charity will also look to appoint npw trustees.

ComM￿nitY attending.
Our weekly Lifegroups whicl) meet in homes but IS SUPPOfteii through the chuich organisation have
increased in number with a lotal of seven groL'PS riow running.
Dtjring thts time. togelher with our Lile Groups, discipleship and pastoral care, the church
cominunity has an oppoilunity to learn to become more devoled followers of lesus.
Our vision this year ha5 been to learn more of Christ.
We were pleased to See new people joining u5 as nevJ members and the church continues lo grow in
size, community involvement and in failh In Christ. We would now be a church of around 16D adults
with 40 ch*ldren I youth who have regular involvernent. i.e. 21)0 in Iolal.
Membership & Pastoral Ca
We do not as a church 'fun' slricl tnember5hip. however we do eDcourage a position where we 35
leaders know those who wish to make Dijnvanl Christian Fellowship IDCFI their spiritual home. As
this enables a two-way accountability to be encouraged, recesve care from the ￿adership and
demonstrates a willingne5S to give and serve from the whole'membership..
We continue to seek to develop a Care Net that start5 m05t importantly wilh encouraging 'member
to memberf care. We also bèlieve thp life Group5 form an importanl part of this Care Net in how we
grow and care for one another. Our church workers, have incre35ed their time serving in this area as
well a5 the Leadership Teani and other volunieers in the church who visii the sick. elderly etc. As the
riumbef of elderly h(1$ incieased there has been many gr￿￿ and profitable hours spent serving this
group.
We were also able to baptise member5 and held a baptism service on the beach during the summer.
We have also developed a prayer team.

s. Our Sunday Servrces continue in Dunvant Primary School Hall and is the
focu5 for our main Church services. Our aims in this service are to have a time where the whole
church family can meet tOEethei, grow in our love and Cor￿[ate worship for the Lord and heal from
God together through His Spirit through G(Ml's Word.
Sunday mDrninE leaching ha5 covered a nufflber o1'5erie5' llnked of course to the bible each week..
for example Ihrough studying Ephesians which is then followed up for further discussioi) in OUT rnid-
week Life2roup5. Attendance this year has grown steadily to 200 peop￿. In recordiiigs of the service
35 measured *n the nvinber ol Lbnioue YouTube views, we have regularly seen over 100 views each
week and at time5 thi5 has increased to up to 140. We a150 have over 250 subscribeis to our
YouTube channel. Subscribers have been people in the local area but also further afield.
Communion (the taking ol bread an(1 wine togetherl- Remembering oui Savioui in partaking
of the -Lord's Supper" Trs a core value and has always been one olouf constant practices.
Commijnion happened every other week on Sunday mornings or in our monthly midweek'Rebool'

in person and online. We have relaunched our monthty worship and communion evening on the
third Sunday this is c311èd 'Embrace'.
Church Workers & Financi31 support
Phil Dèvies works as our pastor {to who we give regular gifts) and is fulltimÈ and also does one day a
week with Counties Connect a national networking orEanisation of churthe5 3nd evangelists.
Ed Owen is oui Assistant Pastor and works closely èlongside Phil_
On 8 March 2023 we employed a part-tiine Communtcations and Admin Orficer to stspport the
church and leèdership.
Fund raising & oiher financial support
We made slep forward with fund Taising this year and created special monthly offerings which
supported other charitable works and organisatioris which includes-.
Release International- a ch3rity wliich helps persecuted Chrisrian fam41ies in other
countries.

Youth & Children
Youth & Children's activities which are run by volunteers from the church, supported by our church
workers weie resumèd. Currently we cater for this area through the 'FriddV Youth, Icalled Vantage
Years 7-131 and Friday Kid2 Club- (Years 1-61. Fridays have always been aimed at providing a social
opportunity for our church youth. plus an introduction to Jesus for youth of the Community. Duriyg
the week we have a bible study group ialled 'Deeperf which is for Year5 7-13.
On a Sunday we have a Creche laged 0-31, Jurbior Church lschool yearfs 1-51 and Youth Church
(School years 6-91.
Ive also ran Holiday kids. club5 (October 2023 & March 20241 & a Light Party Ioctober 20231. We
also have continued some of the above in a new area Gowerton Imore in 2024-20251
This does not include our weekw Litile Woiiders arkd monthly Me&sy Chufches both of wliich keep
growing.
