**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE BOROUGH OF KENT, THE SURROUNDING AREA AND LONDON, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE PROVISION OF FREE EDUCATIONAL COURSES TO PEOPLE WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.

**Activities:** New Dawn Initiative is a not for profit organization established for the advancement of education for public benefit.  It  complements  government efforts in providing employability vocational training for young people,BAME, lone parents, adults and other members of the public who because of special circumstances(learning diability) may not be able to benefit directly from formal colleges.
