They**<br>**also assist with advice and guidance if**<br>**necessary to the carer/parent/partner to**<br>**aid the swimmer.**<br>**For the more able and independent**<br>**swimmer who attends the swim session**<br>**it can provide respite for the**<br>**carer/parent/partner.**<br>**The Trustees considered these activities**<br>**met the Clubs Charitable objectives.**<br>**We monitor and review our services**<br>**every year.**<br>**We ensure our funds and donations**<br>**meet the aims and objectives we**<br>**requested them for.**|

This has enabled us to provide**<br>**a semi-structured approach to the**<br>**sessions.**<br>**We also provide parent/carer respite.**<br>**This year there has not been the**<br>**opportunity to compete in Galas as local**<br>**disabled swim clubs are no longer able**<br>**to compete in Galas.**<br>**The website is regularly updated with**<br>**the Club’s activities, future events,**<br>**policies and news.  The Club also has a**<br>**Facebook page.**<br>**The social activities enable our disabled**<br>**members to access the local community**<br>**safely and feel less isolated.  This year**<br>**many social events were organised**<br>**including a Spring social, Panto trip,**<br>**boat trips, AGM social, picnic and our**<br>**Xmas party.**<br>**All the activities of the Club aim to**<br>**increase the confidence, health and**<br>**well-being and self-esteem of our**<br>**members.**|
