**Objects:** THE OBJECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR WHICH THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED ARE THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED, THE RELIEF OF THE FAMILIES AND CARERS OF BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED, THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF BLINDNESS, AND TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE NOW OR MAY HEREAFTER BE DEEMED BY ENGLISH LAW TO BE CHARITABLE. THE FOUNDATION WILL ENGAGE IN MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITIES FOR THE BLIND OR OTHERWISE ASSISTING THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED.

**Activities:** The objectives of the Foundation are to attract donations with which to pay out grants for the relief of people who are blind or visually impaired, the relief of their families and carers, the advancement of education of them, the advancement of scientific knowledge of the causes and treatment of blindness. The Charity has yet to attract substantial funding to enable it to realise its objectives.
