**Activities:** To act as a delivery vehicle, advisor and catalyst for projects designed to meet local need and support long-term revitalisation of Swanage and surrounding areas.  To establish and develop income generating assets for future viability and sustainability.  To provide advice and support to other local organisations with the same objectives, thereby offering reduced operating costs and economies.
