servicesastheeditorwhileholdingthetrusteeposition.ThiswasperthedecisionintheTNF board
meetinginOctober2017.Itisnotapparentwhetherthispaymentisauthorisedinthecharity's governing
document.Theboard'ssubsequentsubmissiontotheCharityCommissiontoincludeamentionof this
payment.ItwasalsodiscussedthattheBJNSeditorandthedeputyeditorshouldbereimbursedfor their
time, and it should not be voluntary for the Editor to exclude himself during a discussion about pay.
