## **`Huntingfield Millennium Green Chair’s Report 2021/22`** ``` The trustees continue to strive to maintain the green in a suitable condition for the recreational use of parishioners and visitors. ``` ``` Exciting news recently has been that thanks to a very generous grant from Lois Hunt of Heveningham Hall Estates, we are planning to install an aerial runway (Zip wire). ``` ``` The local children were asked to suggest an addition to the MG and this piece of equipment was the winner. ``` ``` The playground company Playdale are supplying and installing this hopefully starting at the end of May. ``` ``` A Giant Redwood was planted in memory of Esther Munns, a long serving trustee and well-loved resident of Huntingfield. We have also planted several replacement fruit trees as some of the original plants are not growing well. ``` ``` As part of the Wilderness Reserves nearby works, and at their expense, the unsightly overhead cables across the MG are to be replaced later this year with underground versions. ``` ``` Due to various reasons e.g., moving out of the area etc. our number of trustees is a little low, but we have gratefully had some volunteers to fill these places, anyone else who would be happy to join us in keeping the green looking good would also be more than welcome. ``` ``` We are planning some events and exciting additions to the green. ``` ``` Tony Howe (Acting Chair) ``` ## **Huntingfield Millenium Green CIO Treasurer's Report for F/Y ending 31 March 2022** |**Summary of Annual Income and Expenditure**
