REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
The trustees are pleased to present Iheir annual directors, report together with
the financial statements of the charity for the year ending 318t De￿mber 2025
which are also prepared to meet the requirernents for a directors, report and
accounts for Companres Act purposes.
The financial statements comply with the Charthe8 Act 2011, the Companies
Act 2006, the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Accounting and
Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practi￿ applicable to
charilies preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting
Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS102) (effective 1
January 2015).
TRUSTEES
Appointment of trustees is govemed by the Trust Deed of the charity. The Board
of Trustees is authorised lo appoint new trustees to fill vacancies arising
through resignation or death of an existing trustee. New trustees undergo an
orientation day to brEf them on.. their legal obligations under charity and
company law, the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit, and inforni
them of the content of the Memorandum and ArticFes of ASs￿ratiOn. the
committee and decision-making processes, the business plan and re￿nt
financial Perfoman￿ of the charity. During the induction day they meet key
employees and other trustees.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Overcomers Christian Fellowship is a company limited by guarantee and
govemed by its memorandum and articles of association dated 2Ph March 2012
as amended by special resolutions dated 29th March 2015 as amended on 12th
July 2020. It is registered as a charity with the Charity Commission.
The charty has Committees. which meet periodically and which are responsible
for the strategic direction and policy of the charity.

RISK REVIEW
The trustees conduct periodic reviews of the major risks to which the charity is
exposed and systems and procedures to manage those risks identified are
implemented so as to minimise any potential impact on charity should any
of those risks materialise.
RESERVES POLICY
The trustees consider the current level of re￿rVeS is sufficient to cover
eventualities as they arise.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The charity acknowledges its requirement to demonstrate clearfy that it must
have charitable purposes or'aims, that are for the public benefit. The
Trustees confirm that they have paid due regard to the Charty Commission
guidance on public benefit before deciding what activities the charity should
undertake.
PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The objects of the charity are set OLrt in the constitution as follows..
To advance the Christian religion by preaching and teaching Christianity,
spreading the gospel of Christ, teaching Christianity to children, reaching out
to the poor and elderly of the community, counselling and providing
assistan￿ for those in need of counselling, and the advancement of
education for Christian Ministry.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
All glory, honour and praises be to the LORD God Almighty for the wonderful
things God has done in our midst in the year 2025. The Church Pastorate on
behalf of the Board of Trustees would like to express profound gratitude to all
the workers, volunteers and members of the Church for their active participation
and relenuess effort in meeting the objects'ves set for 2025.
The Paslorate of the Church as required carried out the spiritual activities in
relation to the counselling and prayers for both members and non- members
from the community during the year under review.

This has brought immense peace to individual'5 life, families and the communrty at
large. Wisitation to memters both at their homes and hospttals" as well as assistance
to less privileged members were carried out by the Pastorate.
Reports of God's testimonies, signs and wonders in various ways for the glory of God
Almighty, such as salvation of souls, recovery from sickness, fruit of the womb, new
jobs and promotions, membeffs spiritual growth, n8w property acquisition, stud8nts
graduated with excellent resutts, to mention but a view to the glory of God
The ChurGh changed the second s8rvice on Sundays to Youth servi￿ and being led
by the Youth ministers for their spiritual development.
Seminars and conferences held during the year includes.. balancing faith and societal
issues,. overcoming marital challenges, living above global end time syndrome, grace
filled home, mental well-being,. maintaining good brain health, living a slress-freè lrfe,
and art of self-care for women.
The Church also commenced a new health initiative of free blood pressure and blood
sugar level checks with heatth education and referral support where needed especially
among the black mernbers in our Church. This periodic exercise was carried out by the
practising G.P and other medical practitioners in the Church.
Worker's training and baptismal service were carried out during the year under review.
Lightning equipment pur¢hased to improve our live streaming and content delivery.
Children Church benefttted from new books and other leaming resources with new
chairs purchased by the Church.
New sound instruments and microphones purchased for Ihe media department.
Our annual responsibilities to the less privileg8d members in our ¢ommunity was
fulfilled by presenting donations from the Church members of food items, toiletries and
other essential rtems to'shekinah Mission. that caters for the homeless people in our
communty.
AS part of our wider community participation with other faith leaders. the Church's
Pastorate attended rn&etings with both the local police sup8rintendent and the local
member of the padiamenl organised by Churches Tog8ther in Plymouth (cfiP).
All the programmed events for the year 2025 We￿ successful to the glory of God. We
are trusting God for His divine tumaround visitation upon our lives, our community and
our country {United Kingdom) in the year 2026.

The financial statements of the charty, which is a public benefit entity
under FRS 102. have been prepared in accordance with the Charities
SORP (FRS 102) 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of
Recommended Practi￿ applicable to charities preparing their accounts
in accordan￿ wrth the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the
UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2015),,
Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and the Charities Act
2011. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical
cost convention.

Income from donations is included in incoming resources when these
are receivable, ex￿p1 as follows:
When donors specify they musl be used in future accounting
periods, the income is defe￿ed until those periods.,
When donors impose conditions to be fulfilled before the churth
becomes entitled to use such income, the income is deferred until
the pre-corKlitions have been met.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the charity (charity
number 1162595) for the year erNJed 31st D￿rnber 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND BASIS OF REPORT
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the at)ove charity
(Xhe Trust") for the year ended 3181 December 2025.
As the charity's trustees, you a￿ responsible for the preparation of the accourrts
in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('%he Acr).
I report in respect of rny examination of the Trust's accoijnts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed
all the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commission under section
145(5)(b) of the Act.
BASIS OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130 of
the Charities Act. or
the accounts did not accord with the accouming records,. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the fonn and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a Irue and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection with
the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to
