2 Activities
Activity was again restricted to some extent by onging issues with Covid.There was some fundraising during the year, essentially raised by the medical staff at Castle Medical Group. Expenditure during the year was on equipment needed for the Practice, including patient screens and a new patient information system.
3 Accounts
The accounts for the period 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2022 were taken, examined and accepted unanimously by the Trustees at the Meeting held on 28th September 2022.
The Accounts show a total new income for the year of £1251.05, a balance from the previous year of £9790.28, giving a total for the year of £11041.33. The expenditure in the year was £5558.16 giving a year end balance of £5483.17
The Accounts and the minutes of the meeting confirming acceptance and approval are attached below.

JEC had shared the amount and money has been paid and received by CMG.
ATG has shared update in relaGon to First Aid project.
1.Accounts
Accounts were shared at last meeGng and discussed in detail at that Gme. All details in relaGon to the account are as per last meeGng minutes. Current balance as of today is £2827.87. Annual accounts have been submiNed. Proposal was made to approve accounts. All in agreement that the accounts have been approved and are a true and accurate record and have been accepted.
1.Funding Proposals
To keep a watch for items that are coming available. Some previous funding streams are no longer available or they changed format. As group we need think how we will raise funds in the future.
Duathlon was the best fundraiser last year and could look at doing an acGvity to support with fund raising.
Once expansion work starts there will be equipment that will be required. In essence this project has been approved by the CCG, it goes to the district valuer to review the rental figure and then to the landlords to agree.
Rooms will need items like BP machines, couches, call in screen and check in screen.
