basls of report
As the ¢haritys trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in a¢¢ordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
Iyhe Acri.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have tollowed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515)Ib) of the Act.
Independent I have Completed my examination. I confimi that no matertal matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in ¢onne¢tion with the examination (other than thal
disclosed below) which gives me cause to belleve that in, any material
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130

accruals basis, and showed Closing Total Funds of £39,050. The accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2024 have been prepared on a Cash basis, and
show Opening Total Funds of £36,574. The difference of £2,476 is the result of
the change from accrual accounting to cash accounting. which has no impact
on the underlying financial position of the Trust
