**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND ADVANCE THE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND PRACTICE AND PERFORMANCE.

**Activities:** Amersham Band  encourages participation and enjoyment of music played by a modern brass band, The band serves the local community in Chiltern District and the surrounding area. Various bands and groups are provided for entry level, intermediate and advanced players. The band performs at concerts and at a range of public events. Activities also include rehearsals, open workshops and demonstrations.
