The charity aims to promote and protect the interests of residents on all matters affecting or likely to affect Horsell, providing focus for residents' views to be brought to the notice of relevant authorities on matters which affect the interests of residents. To support and promote social and benevolent activities for the benefit of residents and raise funds in support of these activities.

Objects: (A) To Further Or Benefit Of The Residents Of Horsell, Woking And The Neighbourhood (Hereinafter Called The Area Of Benefit) Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together Said Inhabitants, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.(2) To Promote The Preservation, Development And Improvement For The Public Benefit Of The Character And Amenities Of The Area Of Benefit.(3) Such Other Charitable Purposes For The Public Benefit As Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
