|How the Charity is|The Patchworking<br>Garden<br>Project is a|Charitable<br>Incorporated|
|constituted|Organisation<br>with voting members<br>comprising<br>its trustees<br>and its||

||Its registration<br>as a Charity was effective|from<br>1 April 2015.|
|Trustee selection|Trustees<br>are appointed<br>for a three-year|term. There must be a|
|methods|minimum<br>of five and a maximum<br>of seven.<br>Vacancies or new||
||appointments<br>may be filled by the Trustees.<br>The appointment<br>of||
||such<br>interim<br>Trustees<br>must<br>be confirmed<br>at the<br>next<br>Annual||
||General<br>Meeting.<br>From the second<br>Annual<br>General<br>Meeting||
||onwards<br>one third of Trustees<br>must<br>retire annually<br>but may be||
||reappointed<br>for a second term.||
|Decision-making|Decisions are made both by the Trustees|or are delegated<br>to the|
||Management<br>Committee.<br>In the event of|a matter being raised to|
||the members foradecision then a simple|majority is required<br>from|
||the voting members.||
