TO PROTECT VULNERABLE CHILDREN IN CAMBODIA FROM SEXUAL EXPLOITATION THROUGH STRUCTURED GENERAL EDUCATION, SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND CARE.
