## **Additional governance information:** 

During the period 06/01/2023 to 05/01/2024, the charity remained dormant due to serious and unforeseen personal and family circumstances affecting the founding trustee. No trustee induction or training activities took place during this period. The charity maintained no operational structure, held no assets, and undertook no activities. The trustees were aware of the charity's dormant status throughout the period and remained committed to its eventual resumption of activities. No major risks presented themselves during the period of dormancy, as no financial, operational, or reputational activities were conducted.

To promote, for the benefit of the public, the arts, education and cultural understanding through the study, practice and promotion of collaborative creativity across international and cross-cultural contexts; and in connection therewith to conduct and promote research into the philosophy of creativity and to publish and disseminate the results of such research.

During the period 06/01/2023 to 05/01/2024, the charity was dormant and undertook no activities. The trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. No public benefit activities were delivered during this period as the charity was non-operational. The trustees confirm that the charity's objects remain focused on the promotion of arts, education and cultural understanding for the public benefit, and that activities will resume in accordance with these objects when operations recommence.
