Street Preaching
Street Preaching has been actively promoted bythe Plymouth brethren for many years. at least
sincethe 1920's, and today is supported by members ofthesouth Downs Gospel HallTrust
congregation. We seek to highlight the availability of Jesus to all mankind as having personally
proved the tangible benefit and immense improvement believing in Jesus brings.
Currently the main chosen location is on High Street, Haslemere. outside the former HSBC
Bank building. Street preachings have been held here for many years.
The aim of the street preaching is not to recruit additional members for the Plymouth Brethren
but to present eternal salvation as available to all men by tsith in Jesus Christ and His blood and
His work of atonement.
During the street preachingtracts are handed to passers-by. Tracts are available for download
on the below website= https".Ilchristian Jo.ctrineandgospelpublishing.org
